§ 17:46C-30 — Severability
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
If any section in this act or any part of any section is declared invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration of invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions thereof. L.1981, c. 160, s. 30.
