§ 16:5-21 — Members; voting rights
New Jersey·Title 16 CORPORATIONS AND ASSOCIATIONS, RELIGIOUS
Every member of the congregation in good standing shall be a member of the corporation but only those members who are authorized to vote by the by-laws of the corporation shall be entitled to vote. L.1957, c. 82, p. 157, s. 9.
