Text
The terms of the trustees' offices may be so arranged as to provide that not more than 1/3 of the trustees shall be elected in any 1 year but no such term shall be for more than 3 years. It may be provided that vacancies caused by other than expiration of term shall be filled for unexpired terms. L.1957, c. 82, p. 156, s. 5.
