§ 16:5-18 — Corporate name; determination; resolution; required vote
New Jersey·Title 16 CORPORATIONS AND ASSOCIATIONS, RELIGIOUS
The corporate name of the congregation shall be determined by resolution adopted by a majority vote of the said members of the congregation or of the intended charter members present and voting. L.1957, c. 82, p. 156, s. 6.
