§ 16:5-1 — Incorporation
New Jersey·Title 16 CORPORATIONS AND ASSOCIATIONS, RELIGIOUS
Any Lutheran Church Congregation may, at the option of a majority of the adult members thereof, incorporate under the provisions of this chapter as amended and supplemented. Amended by L.1957, c. 82, p. 154, s. 1; L.1962, c. 53, p. 238, s. 1.
