Text
The certificate so acknowledged shall be filed and recorded in the office of the Secretary of State and a certified copy thereof shall be filed and recorded in the office of the clerk of the county in which the congregation's usual place of meeting for public worship is located. The Secretary of State and the county clerk shall be entitled to the fees provided in Title 22A of the New Jersey Statutes. Upon such filing and recording, the congregation shall be a corporation by the corporate name set forth in such certificate. L.1957, c. 82, p. 157, s. 8.
