§ 16:5-10 — By-laws
New Jersey·Title 16 CORPORATIONS AND ASSOCIATIONS, RELIGIOUS
Any such corporation may also adopt by-laws for the regulation of its corporate affairs, including the meetings of the members, officers, committees, sessions and conferences and such other matters as shall be deemed proper. L.1950, c. 84, p. 148, s. 7.
