§ 41-10-152 — City or town may annex areas within sewer or water district

Any city or town may annex areas to its corporate limits in
accordance with the statutes governing annexation of territories
to cities and towns which territories fall within existing
water, sewer, or water and sewer districts, hereinafter referred
to as "districts", whether singular or plural.
