Text
(a)Repealed by Laws 1998, ch. 115, § 5.
(b)District board members shall serve for a term of four
(4)years, except that at the first regular subsequent director
election following the formation of the district there shall be
elected by the voters of the district two (2) members of the
board to serve for a term of two (2) years and three (3) members
to serve for terms of four (4) years. Thereafter elections shall
be held every two (2) years. Each director shall be a voter of
the district.
(c)Repealed by Laws 1998, ch. 115, § 5.
