Text
Whenever a district has been declared organized, the members of
the board shall qualify by filing with the county clerk their
oaths of office, and corporate surety bonds at the expense of
the district in an amount not to exceed one thousand dollars
($1,000.00) each, the form thereof to be fixed and approved by
the board of county commissioners, conditioned for the faithful
performance of their duties as directors.
