(c)A petition to establish a district under this act
shall conform to the requirements in the Special District
Elections Act of 1994. The petition for organization shall also
set forth:
(i)The name of the proposed district, consisting of
a chosen name preceding the words "water district," or "sewer
district," or "water and sewer district";
(ii)Repealed by Laws 1998, ch. 115, § 5.

(iv)The source of water to be used within the
proposed district including an estimate of the amount to be used
based upon a measurement in gallons of water use per day and a
showing that the source is adequate to meet the projected needs
of the district;
