Text
Within thirty (30) days after the district has been declared
established by the board of county commissioners, the resolution
shall be recorded by the county clerk in the county where the
district lies and the county clerk shall transmit to the
secretary of state a copy of the resolution establishing the
district. The resolution shall be filed in the same manner as
articles of incorporation are now required to be filed under the
general laws concerning corporations. The secretary of state
shall receive a fee of three dollars ($3.00) for filing and
preserving the same.
