Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 41-10-149 (2026).
Text
This act, without reference to other statutes of the state,
except as herein specifically provided, shall constitute full
authority for the authorization and issuance of bonds hereunder.
No other act or law with regard to the authorization or issuance
of bonds that provides for an election, requires an approval, or
in any way impedes or restricts the carrying out of the acts
herein authorized to be done shall be construed as applying to
any proceedings taken hereunder or acts done pursuant hereto, it
being intended that this act shall provide a separate method of
accomplishing its objectives, and not an exclusive one, and this
act shall not be construed as repealing, amending or changing
any such other act or law.
