Text
If notice is provided for in this act, and the board of county
commissioners finds for any reason that due notice was not
given, the board of county commissioners shall not lose
jurisdiction and the proceeding in question shall not be void or
abated. The board of county commissioners shall then direct due
notice be given, continue the hearing until notice is properly
given and shall proceed as though notice was properly given in
the first instance.
