Text
The department shall submit for review by the judiciary committee of the senate, the civil justice committee of the house of representatives, the government operations committee of the senate, and the government operations committee of the house of representatives any new departmental policies within sixty (60) days of adoption of the policies. As used in this section, "policy" has the same meaning as defined in § 4-5-102 .
