§ 37-3-601 — Short title - Funding

(a)This part shall be known and may be cited as the "Safe Families and Family Preservation Act." (b) The family support services and time-limited family reunification services authorized pursuant to this part shall be subject to the funds appropriated to the department by the Tennessee general assembly.
