(a)This part shall be known and may be cited as the "Juvenile Court Restructure Act of 1982." (b) It is the purpose of this part to provide in every county of this state adequate juvenile court services as contemplated in the laws of Tennessee, as stated in this title and other general laws of the state of Tennessee now in force and effect, or hereafter to become of force and effect.
