§ 41-35-390 — "Exhaustee" defined.

South Carolina·Title 41 LABOR AND EMPLOYMENT·Ch. 35 EMPLOYMENT AND WORKFORCE—BENEFITS AND CLAIMS

"Exhaustee" means an individual who, with respect to any week of unemployment in his eligibility period:

(1)Has received, prior to such week, all of the regular benefits that were payable to him under Chapters 27 through 41 of this Title or any other State law (including dependents' allowances and regular benefits payable to Federal civilian employees and ex-servicemen under 5 U.S.C. Chapter 85) in his current benefit year that includes such week; or (2) Has received, prior to such week, all of the regular benefits that were available to him under Chapters 27 through 41 of this Title or any other State law (including dependents' allowances and regular benefits available to Federal civilian employees and ex-servicemen under 5 U.S.C.
