Text
The Director of the Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation or his designee shall enforce the provisions of Chapters 1 through 24 and prosecute all violations of law relating to those chapters before any court of competent jurisdiction.

Effect of Amendment The 1993 amendment substituted "Director of the Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation or his designee" for "Commissioner of Labor". The 2010 amendment substituted "24" for "25 of this Title" following "Chapters 1 through".
