Text
If, after inspection, it is found that a bakery is not constructed, maintained, or operated, or the distribution of its products is not conducted, in accordance with sections911.01to911.20, inclusive, of the Revised Code, notice in writing shall be given to the owner or manager, stating the delinquency, and fixing a reasonable time within which the same shall be remedied and providing for a hearing to any party in interest.
