Text
The director of agriculture may, by rule, establish such exemptions as may be necessary to facilitate the sale of any accumulated or unsold stocks of wholesome bakery products, and may establish exemptions in other cases not inconsistent with sections911.01to911.20, inclusive, of the Revised Code.
