Text
No new bakery shall be established unless the building plans and equipment proposed to be used have been approved by a certified building inspector, the department of agriculture, or by the board of health of the city or general health district. The inspector, department, or board shall refuse a permit to such bakery if the building and equipment do not comply with sections911.01to911.20of the Revised Code and the rules adopted thereunder. A hearing shall be afforded in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code.
