Within the approach, transitional, inner horizontal, and conical areas at a publicly owned airport, an airport zoning board constituted under section4563.03of the Revised Code may adopt, administer, and enforce zoning regulations, in addition to its regulations adopted under section4563.03of the Revised Code, in order to ensure the safety of persons occupying or using such areas and the security of property located within such areas.
