Text
All airport zoning regulations adopted under sections4563.01to4563.21, inclusive, of the Revised Code, shall provide for an airport zoning board of appeals. Where a zoning board of appeals already exists, it may be designated as the airport zoning board of appeals. The airport zoning board of appeals, except in those instances in which an existing zoning board of appeals is designated as the airport zoning board of appeals, shall consist of five members, each to be appointed for a term of three years by the authority adopting the regulations and subject to removal by the appointing authority for cause upon written charges and after public hearing.
