Text
All airport zoning regulations adopted under sections4563.01to4563.21, inclusive, of the Revised Code, shall provide for the administration and enforcement of such regulations. The duties of any administrative agency designated pursuant to sections4563.01to4563.21, inclusive, of the Revised Code, shall include that of issuing all permits under section4563.12of the Revised Code.
