In order to define and determine the airport hazard area in which airport zoning shall be applicable, the office of aviation, upon request of any airport zoning commission appointed pursuant to section4563.05of the Revised Code, shall formulate and adopt, and may revise when necessary, an airport approach plan for any airport within its jurisdiction. Each plan shall indicate the airport hazard area, the circumstances under which structures, objects of natural growth, public highways, and certain uses of land would be airport hazards, and the height limits of structures and objects of natural growth, and what other restrictions should be contained in the airport zoning regulations.
