Text
Every company, partnership, or association described in section3909.09of the Revised Code shall file a statement of its condition and affairs in the office of the superintendent of insurance, in the form and manner required for the annual statements of similar companies organized under the laws of this state, and annually, on the first day of January, or within sixty days thereafter, shall file with the superintendent a statement of all its affairs, in the manner and form required of similar companies of this state, except as to the requirements of schedule in division (N) of section3907.19of the Revised Code, which schedule shall be filed only when required by the superintendent for purposes of actual valuation, as provided by the laws of this state.
