Text
Every life insurance company organized by act of congress or under the laws of another state of the United States doing business in this state, annually shall file a statement of its condition and affairs in the office of the superintendent of insurance, and such statement shall be filed on the forms adopted by the superintendent pursuant to section3901.77of the Revised Code.
