Text
Any party to a quo warranto proceeding against a corporation, including trustees appointed as provided in section2733.21of the Revised Code, may appeal from any order made in such proceedings in the same manner as in civil cases. The orders of the court in which such proceedings are instituted or to which they are remanded are binding upon the trustees, stockholders, creditors, and other persons interested in such corporation, unless reversed by appropriate proceedings.
