Text

The court rendering a judgment dissolving a corporation as provided in section2733.20of the Revised Code shall appoint a trustee or trustees, not exceeding three in number, for the benefit of the creditors and stockholders thereof, who shall each give an undertaking payable to this state, in such sum and with such sureties as the court designates and approves, conditioned that they will faithfully discharge their respective trusts in accordance with the orders of such court or of the court to which such quo warranto proceedings may be remanded, as provided in section2733.22of the Revised Code, and properly pay and apply all money and other property that comes into their hands as such trustees, in accordance with such orders.
