§ 2015 — Correction of technical errors
§ 2015. Correction of technical errors.\n Technical errors in the commitment of any accused person may be\ncorrected by the court at any time after the commitment is signed. The\ncourt may alter or modify a sentence or correct any technical error in\nthe record not affecting the substantial rights of the defendant at any\ntime before the execution of the sentence has been commenced.\n
