* § 2021. Stenographer in criminal proceedings.\n Whenever a contested criminal proceeding is prosecuted in a justice\ncourt, the justice may employ a stenographer to take the testimony on\nsuch trial. The municipal board shall fix the rate of compensation to be\npaid to such stenographer for such services rendered. Such compensation\nshall be a municipal charge, and shall be audited and paid upon\ncertification by the court specifying the number of folios furnished.\n * NB There are 2 § 2021's\n
