§ 2012. Drawing of jurors.\n Jurors may be drawn and summoned in the manner provided by the rules.\nJurors may be impaneled in village courts from the list of jurors used\nin the town court of the town in which the village is situated. In the\ncase of a village situated in more than one town, jurors may be\nimpaneled from a list which combines the names of all jurors used in the\ntown courts in each of the towns in which the village is situated.\nJurors drawn for civil actions may also be used in the trial of criminal\ncases.\n
