* § 415. Meetings and agendas.

1.Each transportation coordinating\ncommittee shall have an annual meeting, held each year between January\nfifteenth and February fifteenth. Its business agenda shall include:\n (a) Election of chairperson;\n (b) Endorsement of a transportation coordinating committee,\ntransportation improvement program with an annual element;\n (c) Endorsement of a transportation coordinating committee's\ntransportation plan;\n (d) Other business items requested by any member.\n 2. Special transportation coordinating committee meetings may be\ncalled at the request of any member of the transportation coordinating\ncommittees at any time, upon written request to the secretary of the\ntransportation coordinating committee.\n 3.
