* § 411. Transportation improvement program.

1.Each transportation\ncoordinating committee shall develop and update annually a\ntransportation coordinating committee transportation improvement program\nin cooperation with state and local officials, regional and local\ntransit operators, recipients authorized under section five of the Urban\nMass Transportation Act (49 USC 1604), and with input from other\naffected transportation and regional and local planning and implementing\nagencies. The transportation improvement program shall consist of\nimprovements recommended from the short-range and long-range elements of\nthe transportation plan developed under this article, and continuing or\nspecial planning studies.\n 2.
