* § 414. Coordination with adjacent metropolitan planning\norganizations. Within six months from the effective date of this\narticle, the council shall develop procedures for coordinating its plans\nand programs, and its planning and programming processes, with adjacent\nmetropolitan planning orgnizations in the states of New York, New\nJersey, and Connecticut. The council shall appoint a representative to\nwork with these metropolitan planning organizations and to report back\nto the council with recommendations on this matter as soon as possible.\n * NB Expired June 30, 1983\n
