* § 95-f. The New York state water rescue team awareness and research\nfund. 1. There is hereby established in the joint custody of the\ncommissioner of taxation and finance and the comptroller, a special fund\nto be known as the New York state water rescue team awareness and\nresearch fund.\n 2. Such fund shall consist of all revenues received pursuant to the\nprovisions of section four hundred four-v of the vehicle and traffic\nlaw, as added by chapter two hundred sixty-six of the laws of two\nthousand four, and all other moneys appropriated, credited, or\ntransferred thereto from any other fund or source pursuant to law.\nNothing contained in this section shall prevent the state from receiving\ngrants, gifts or bequests for the purposes of the fund as defined in\nthis section and depositing them into the fund according to law.\n 3. Monies of the fund shall be expended only for water rescue team\nawareness or research projects approved by the office of parks,\nrecreation and historic preservation in New York state.\n 4. Monies shall be payable from the fund on the audit and warrant of\nthe comptroller on vouchers approved and certified by the commissioner\nof the office of parks, recreation and historic preservation.\n 5. To the extent practicable, the commissioner of the office of parks,\nrecreation and historic preservation shall ensure that all monies\nreceived during a fiscal year are expended prior to the end of that\nfiscal year.\n * NB There are 2 § 95-f's\n
