§ 95-A — New York state innovation in breast cancer early detection and research awards program fund

§ 95-a. New York state innovation in breast cancer early detection and\nresearch awards program fund. 1. There is hereby established in the\njoint custody of the state comptroller and commissioner of taxation and\nfinance a special fund to be known as the "New York state innovation in\nbreast cancer early detection and research awards program fund".\n 2. Such fund shall consist of all monies appropriated to such fund and\nany grant, gift or bequest made to the fund.\n 3. Monies of the fund shall be available for the purposes of the\ncancer detection and education program, pursuant to section twenty-four\nhundred five of the public health law.\n 4. The monies of the fund shall be paid out on the audit and warrant\nof the comptroller on vouchers certified or approved by the commissioner\nof health, or by an officer or employee of the department of health\ndesignated by such commissioner.\n
