§ 95-c. The marine and coastal district of New York conservation,\neducation, and research fund.

1.There is hereby established in the\njoint custody of the state comptroller and the commissioner of taxation\nand finance a special fund to be known as the "marine and coastal\ndistrict of New York conservation, education, and research fund".\n 2. Such fund shall consist of all revenues received pursuant to, and\ndistributed in accordance with, the provisions of section four hundred\nfour-t of the vehicle and traffic law, and all other moneys\nappropriated, credited, or transferred thereto from any other fund or\nsource pursuant to law. Nothing contained herein shall prevent the state\nfrom receiving grants, gifts, or bequests for the purposes of the marine\nand coastal district of New Yor
