§ 169. Limitation of powers of trustees. The trustees of any such\nincorporated church shall have no power to call, settle or remove a\nminister or to fix his salary, nor without the consent of a corporate\nmeeting, to incur debts, beyond what is necessary for the administration\nof the temporal affairs of the church and for the care of the property\nof the corporation; or to fix or change the time, nature or order of the\npublic or social worship of such church.\n
