§ 167. Meetings of trustees. Meetings of the trustees of any such\nincorporated church shall be called by giving at least twenty-four\nhours' notice thereof personally or by mail to all the trustees; and\nsuch notice may be given by two of the trustees; but by the unanimous\nconsent of the trustees, a meeting may be held without previous notice\nthereof. A majority of the whole number of trustees shall constitute a\nquorum for the transaction of business, at any meeting lawfully\nconvened.\n
