§ 169-d. Government; powers and duties of the trustees.
1.Every\nUkrainian Orthodox church incorporated pursuant to this article shall\nrecognize and be subject to the jurisdiction of the duly appointed\nbishop or archbishop of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of America, or his\nlawful successor in office, and shall conform to and adopt the faith,\ndoctrine, discipline, canons and constitution of the said church.\n 2. The trustees of every such incorporated church shall have the\ncustody and control of all the temporalities and property, real and\npersonal, belonging to the corporation and the revenues therefrom, and\nshall administer the same strictly in accordance with the by-laws of the\ncorporation and the rules, regulations and usages of the governing\ndiocesan council of the said
