§ 169-E — Reincorporation of existing corporations

§ 169-e. Reincorporation of existing corporations. Any Ukrainian\nOrthodox church of the Greek rite heretofore incorporated, other than\nthose incorporated under the provisions of article five of the religious\ncorporations law, may reincorporate under the provisions of this\narticle, by filing in the county clerk's office in the county in which\nits principal place of worship is located, a certificate, signed by the\ntrustees in office at the time of such reincorporation, or by the\nmajority of them, setting forth that they desire to reincorporate under\nthe provisions of this act, the corporate name by which such church\nshall be known, the county, town, city or village where its place of\nworship is or is intended to be located, and the number and the names of\nthe trustees who are to
