§ 165. Changing date of annual corporate meetings. An annual\ncorporate meeting of any church incorporated under this article may\nchange the date of its subsequent annual meetings. If the date fixed\nfor the annual meeting shall be less than six months after the annual\nmeeting at which such change is made, the next annual meeting shall be\nheld one year from the date so fixed. For the purpose of determining the\nterms of office of trustees, the time between the annual meeting at\nwhich such change is made and the next annual meeting thereafter shall\nbe reckoned as one year.\n
