§ 168. Vacancies among trustees. If any trustee of any such\nincorporated church declines to act, resigns or dies, or ceases to be a\nqualified voter at a corporate meeting thereof, his office shall be\nvacant; and such vacancy may be filled by the remaining trustees until\nthe next annual corporate meeting of such church; at which meeting the\nvacancy shall be filled for the unexpired term.\n
