§ 267. Certificates of appointment of clerks of the appellate division\nin third and fourth departments. A certificate of the appointment of\neach of the clerks specified in this section shall be filed with the\ncomptroller of the state:\n 1. A certificate of the appointment of each of the clerks of the\nappellate division in the third and fourth departments, signed by the\npresiding justice of the judicial department for which said clerk is\nappointed.\n 2. A certificate of the appointment of the deputy clerks in the third\nand fourth departments and the consultation clerk in the fourth\ndepartment, signed by the justices of said respective departments.\n
