§ 265-a. Deputy clerk or attendant of appellate division in third\ndepartment to act as librarian. The deputy clerk of the appellate\ndivision of the supreme court in the third judicial department or any\nattendant of said court shall also act under direction of said court as\nlibrarian and have charge of the library in use by said court.\n
