§ 266. Consultation clerks of appellate division in third and fourth\ndepartments. The consultation clerks appointed by the justices of the\nappellate division in each of the third and fourth departments, shall\nact under the direction of said justices and shall attend the sittings\nof said court and render such clerical and stenographic services thereat\nand during the official consultations as the justices of said department\nmay require, and shall, under the direction of said justices, make up\nand prepare for filing in the office of the clerk the official list of\ndecisions to be rendered by said court.\n
