§ 109 — Appointment of a calendar clerk in the ninth judicial district

§ 109. Appointment of a calendar clerk in the ninth judicial district.\nThe administrative judge of the ninth judicial district is authorized to\nappoint and at pleasure remove a calendar clerk for the ninth judicial\ndistrict, to prescribe his duties and fix his salary. The salary of the\ncalendar clerk shall be certified by the administrative judge to the\nstate comptroller who shall audit the same. The state department of\ntaxation and finance shall pay such salary in biweekly instalments and\nshall apportion the amount of the salary of the calendar clerk among the\ncounties comprising the ninth judicial district. Such counties shall\nreimburse the state for such salary. The time and method of such\nappointment and the time and method of such reimbursement shall be as\nspecified in section seventy-four of this chapter.\n
