§ 105. Power of justices of appellate division in first department to\nappoint typists. The justices of the appellate division of the supreme\ncourt in the first department, or a majority of them, may appoint, and\nat pleasure remove, one or more typists, as shall be necessary, for the\nappellate term, or for the special and trial terms of the supreme court\nin the first judicial district.\n
